Rural house comprising gîte and long-term rented property, on the Ste Eulalie road, facing the legendary Gerbier des Joncs, 2km from source of the Loire. Separate entrance and private terrace. Large living room with lounge area, fitted kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single bunks, single bed), shower room, WC. Central heating (fixed charge: 50€/week, 15€/weekend). Main shops in Ste Eulalie, 3km. Lots to see and do nearby: Charter House at Bonnefoy, Mazan Abbey, Issarlès and St Martial lakes. In summer: horse riding 7km. In winter, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing 20km at Les Estables.

Vaste séjour avec c.salon, c.cuisine intégré, 1ch(1 lit 2 pers), 1ch(2 lits 1 pers superposés, 1 lit 1 pers), s.d'eau, wc, ch.central (forfait 50 euros/semaine, 15 euros/WE). Principaux commerces à Sainte Eulalie,3 km. L'été, équitation à 7km. L'hiver, raquettes ou ski de fond, ski de piste à 20km aux Estables.
