Lovely, traditional Ardèche plateau farmhouse overlooking the Loire valley, 3km from Issarlès lake (swimming, lake fishing, pedalos). Gîte (12-14 people), perfect for holiday with family or friends. Large garden available, terrace. Very comfortable and well designed accommodation. Large dining room with kitchen area, storeroom, large lounge (traditional fireplace). 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 extra single beds), low mezzanine for children (5 single beds), 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs. Bed linen supplied. Central heating.
Grand terrain à disposition, terrasse. Très confortable, grande salle à manger avec coin cuisine, cellier, vaste salon avec sa cheminée traditionnelle. A l'étage : 4ch(4 lits 2 pers, 2 lits 1 pers en appoint), 1 mezzanine basse pour enfants(5 lits 1 pers), draps fournis, 2 salles d'eau, 2 wc, chauffage central.
