Self contained house comprising 2 gîtes, 1,160m up on the Ardèche mountain, 15 min. from Langogne (all shops and activities, Naussac lake, indoor swimming pool). At centre of village of Le Plagnal ? peaceful and relaxing mountain setting with many walking/hiking and mountain bike trails. 1st gîte (all on ground floor): living room with lounge area (double sofa bed), kitchen, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Shared garden (wooden outdoor furniture). No extra charge for heating for weekend lets. Both gîtes can be rented together (max. capacity: 10 people).

Environnement de montagne propice au calme et à la détente. 1er gîte au rez de chaussée et de plain pied. Séjour avec coin-salon (canapé convertible 2 pers), cuisine, 1ch (1 lit 2 pers), salle d'eau, wc, chauffage électrique, terrain commun, salon de jardin en bois. Chauffage compris pour les week-ends. Possibilité de louer les deux gîtes ensemble pour une capacité maxi de 10 pers.
