Electric heating. Adjoining terrace. Garden, games room shared by 3 gîtes. House beside D19 Tanargue road (tourist traffic). La Croix de Bauzon ski resort 13km (mountain biking, climbing, walking/hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing in winter). Spa town of Neyrac-les-Bains (indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi) 12km. Large parking area, garage for bikes. Special package for spa patients (3 weeks): 600€, NOT July/August.
