In the charming village of Montpezat sous Bauzon, come and discover our gîte in a typical old Ardèche building!
The first level comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.), followed by a lounge/dining room (TV) and a small terrace overlooking the mountains.
On the second level, there are two bedrooms that can sleep 5 people and possibly a baby (1 double bed and 3 single beds, two of which are bunk beds, 1 child's bed), a bathroom (bath) and a separate toilet.
The large cellar on the ground floor gives access to a small garden under the terrace.
