In the heart of the Cévennes Ardéchoises, La Bola offers a sightseeing and gourmet stopover surrounded by nature. Home-cooked meals and farm-to-table products. Enjoy Service in the dining room or on the terrace, with panoramic views of the traditional small village of Monteil and the Beaume valley.

Our restaurant La Bola is also a farm. Our meals are essentially made with the products of our farm.
Every vegetable, every meat is the fruit of our all year long work .
(Chestnuts, grass fed Lamb meat, Saffron, Vegetables and Fruits from the garden...)
We hope to enjoy you with our gourmet cuisine, 100% "homemade" with a friendly atmosphere of sharing and tasting.
To arouse your taste buds here is a sample menu :
- Hot-cold Polenta with 3 flours, red bell pepper coulis and candied tomatoes.
- Lamb or pork stew meat «civet» (or Vegetarian main dish),
accompanied by a vegetable «farandole».

- homemade ice cream.
